Digital wallets operate in a space where speed, security, and trust must coexist. For BID Wallet, the challenge was to design an interface that could support daily transactions while remaining intuitive for users with varying levels of digital familiarity.

As features expanded, the experience risked becoming fragmented. Key actions needed to remain fast and obvious, while secondary functions had to stay accessible without overwhelming the user.

Approach

We focused on understanding how users interact with a wallet in real situations — checking balances, making payments, reviewing transactions, and managing account settings.

Instead of designing feature by feature, we prioritised user intent. Information hierarchy, interaction flow, and visual consistency were carefully structured to reduce cognitive load and reinforce trust at every touchpoint.
